TOTAL CHAOS Fabrication has teamed up with Sway A Way to introduce the first sport truck designed replacement upper control arm and shock package available for the 2004-2006 4wd Ford F-150. Total Chaos Fabrication Stock length 4130 chromoly upper control arms with zirk fittings replace the factory arms. Total Chaos added the strength of a 1 Teflon lined uniball to replace the factory ball joint.
Total Chaos Fabrications bolt on combination package offers 2.5 of lift and replaces the factory OEM shock with a Race Runner series 2.5 diameter coil over shock designed specifically for the 4wd and includes external reservoirs. The Total Chaos Fabrication package includes the bolt on upper shock mount required for the installation and also includes reservoir brackets that bolt to existing factory bolt holes. Drilling the spindle is necessary to install the upper control arms.

Total Chaos Accessories:
A 3/4 tapered reamer to drill the Spindle is available as an accessory (NOT included) to perform the installation properly.
Vehicle Specs: Vehicle Specs: - Actual lift is determined by installing the coilover shocks. Lift will vary by how much pre load is set on the coil spring - 2.5" Max (lift determined by shocks) Drilling the spindle is necessary for the uniball conversion.- Vehicle track width will not increase due to arms being stock length.- The advantage of these arms are the stronger ball joint made for durability and wheel travel compared to stock. Suggested Tire Size: - 33x12.5 with STOCK fenders.- 35x12.5 with FIBERGLASS fenders.- FX4 models will require aftermarket wheels to avoid the tire contacting the reservoir hose or wheel spacers.
