PAYMENT & ORDERING

In order to process orders for goods and services on our site using a credit card, we will need to obtain credit card information from you. Off Road Warehouse uses Pay Flow Pro to process all credit card transactions which verifies credit card billing information as well as other related online credit card security features. To ensure online customer security all personal and credit card information entered on our site is sent via a secure server making it nearly impossible for your information to be stolen or intercepted by other parties.

Credit card information is used only for the purchase intended and can not be used otherwise. No credit card information will be used for any research related purposes and will not be sold to any third parties for any reason.

PAYMENT OPTIONS​​​​​​​

Acceptable payments include major credit cards such as: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Off Road Warehouse will also accept money orders, personal and company checks, and bank wire transfers.

Off Road Warehouse does NOT accept International Credit Cards/Cards issued outside of the United States. Therefore International customers must pay through bank wire transfers.

Please notify Off Road Warehouse in the case of money orders, checks, or wire transfers so that Off Road Warehouse can make sure that all charges are calculated correctly so that there will be no delays in shipment.

SALES TAX​​​​​​​

Off Road Warehouse is required to charge sales tax to any person residing within a state that we have established nexus. Furthermore even if you live in a state we do not have nexus and are shipping to a state we do have nexus sales tax is required to be collected. If Nexus is established Sales tax charged based on the shipping zipcode.

Any customer placing an order that is going outside to a state we do not have nexus is not required to pay sales tax.
