PAYMENT & ORDERING

In order to process orders for goods and services on our site using a credit card, we will need to obtain credit card information from you. Off Road Warehouse uses Authorize.net to process all credit card transactions which verifies credit card billing information as well as other related online credit card security features. To ensure online customer security all personal and credit card information entered on our site is sent via a secure server making it nearly impossible for your information to be stolen or intercepted by other parties.

Credit card information is used only for the purchase intended and can not be used otherwise. No credit card information will be used for any research related purposes and will not be sold to any third parties for any reason.

PAYMENT OPTIONS​​​​​​​

Acceptable payments include major credit cards such as: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Off Road Warehouse will also accept money orders, personal and company checks, and bank wire transfers.

Off Road Warehouse does NOT accept International Credit Cards/Cards issued outside of the United States. Therefore International customers must pay through bank wire transfers.

Please notify Off Road Warehouse in the case of money orders, checks, or wire transfers so that Off Road Warehouse can make sure that all charges are calculated correctly so that there will be no delays in shipment.

SALES TAX​​​​​​​

Off Road Warehouse is based in the state of California and is required to charge sales tax to any person residing within California. Furthermore even if you live outside of California and are shipping to a California address sales tax is required to be collected. Sales tax charged for the state of California is 7.75%.

Any customer placing an order that is going outside of California and is charged outside of California is not required to pay sales tax.
