Look under the hood of enough Samurais and you will spot a trend. There are two locations under the hood which Samurai owners use to stash things like quarts of oil, power steering fluid, brake fluid, and rags. These spots are at the driver's side near the firewall and the passenger side at the headlight assembly. The passenger side tray cannot be used with a carburated Samurai that still has a factory air cleaner assembly. it is designed for Samurais that have a fuel-injected 1.3 liter engine or a 1.6 liter conversion with a driver side air cleaner.
