If you don't feel confident enough to build your own T-Case let us build it for you. We can rebuild your Samurai transfer case with lower gears. We fully dismantle the case, clean, and bead blast it until it looks next to new. If any mounting holes are damaged we take care to drill and tap or repair them so that you have a hassle-free install.
We paint your flanges black to avoid rust and corrosion. All bearings are carefully replaced. We have seen competitors rebuilt cases return to their owners with all the old bearings still in place.? A 350.00 dollar core fee is included in the price of our rebuilt transfer cases. You can send us your old transfer case to get this fee refunded.
With all parts requiring a core, the core must be in a condition so it can be rebuilt or refurbished and can be sent out to another customer in a like new condition. Cores that do not come in a reusable condition will not be acceptable and a core charge refund will Not be given or may only be given for the parts of the core that can be reused.
We will not return shifters and 4x4 switches left in cores. Please remove these items before sending in your cases. Cores must be returned within 30 days of delivery of purchase.? We highly suggest that you use an upgraded transfer case cradle for lower geared cases to prevent damage. We have seen factory cradle mounts tear apart with even 4.16 gear sets installed.
If you order an optional EOS cradle with your rebuilt case we will install it for you. That means you won't need to disassemble your freshly built case to install a cradle mount.? We offer both large and small bolt flanges. You will need to match whichever driveline you are using. Small flanges use an 8mm bolt and Large Bolt Flanges use a 10mm bolt [8mm USES A 12mm SOCKET, 10mm USES A 14mm])
Gears and case are covered by our standard 12-month warranty. Case breakages are not covered.? Every transfer case we build includes a new Updated Front Output Shaft.? These are built to order so please allow adequate time for build. Build times will often depend on core availability.? Shipping Weight 46lbs.
Note: We currently do not have any extra complete T-case cores. You must send in your T-case core before we can begin building your transfer case.
