The customer service I received from Mike at ORW was excellent. He worked with me and made sure the parts got to my mechanic quickly. These took a lot of weight with my iron cross pre-runner bumper and the 12k warn electric winch. My truck doesn't sound like my front end will fall off with all that weight.
