Took me 20 mins to put this on. Everything lined up and fit perfectly. I didn't get wiring harness as I'm not planning to tow anything but will use it for a bike rack and basket for trips. The hitch is going to take some abuse, so not something I'd be concerned with blemishes on, but out of the box, the paint and holes were very nicely done and it looks great.
