Got these to do an upgrade/slight lift on my 2015 tacoma. After receiving them ended up returning them and getting fox shocks. Can't speak to the performance but wasn't impressed with the build quality. The aluminum was already well oxidized upon receipt and the shaft had some light pitting. Maybe it was just a one off but didn't wanna take the chance of having to replace them down the road. Buy once cry once as they say

The 6112's are everything they're claimed to be. I mounted them on a '09 Tacoma DCLB TRD Sport at the second ring setting (~1.3"" lift) to level the chassis front-to-back. The ride quality is superb; the large shock body has excellent dampening characteristics keeping the wheels planted while still allowing for a very active spring. Removing the front sway bar unleashes even more potential in the 6112's for offroading; the suspension is still firm enough to drive at highway speeds but avoid fast weaving maneuvers and DO NOT tow a trailer without the sway bar. Another mentionable benefit of these shocks is improved braking from reduced brake dive.If you intend to mount the 6112's at full lift (~2.65) do your homework. Consider lowering the front differential, shifting/relocating the front sway bar forward (or eliminating it altogether), and upgrading the upper control arms. love these shocks, smoother softer yet more stable ride than stock. Considerably better than Blue and Yellow Billsteins and KYB tops are a must with these. Install is pretty easy if you are not lifting the truck. I used 6112 with a ring on the second notch to level the front without much lift. And 5100's in the back with light duty springs for a softer ride.I like this combo better than OME I had before and definitely better than stock.

Awesome for the price and this was by far the cheapest! Fits, functions and looks awesome.
