I purchased the same product from Brand X and after a week and a half, never got a shipping update. After trying to contact and call the company with no response, I decided to see if I could find the shocks somewhere else. ORW had the shocks in stock and I called their number and spoke to a person to confirm they had them and could get them to me in the timeframe I was needing. This was Monday, they Customer Service Rep said he would have them to me by Wednesday. I received the front shocks on Tuesday and the rears came on Wednesday, as promised. ORW went above and beyond and delivered on what Be when they said. Great Job!

These shocks are perfect and replace a set of 10 way adjustable Ranchos which lasted about a year and locked up and we're garbage

I am over 70 years old and changed these with out removing the rear wheels. I still can get up and down but it takes some effort. I watched a video and in about 1 hour i had it done. You must only do safely what you do for yourself i have average skills and by doing it myself i saved. Your results may vary with available tools and knowledge.

My truck was swaying on the highway from wind and bouncing when I drove over railroad tracks with my OEM shocks. These are a great upgrade. I'm very happy with them.

My 2011 F-150 has 175,000 miles on it. I replaced a pair of KYB shocks on the rear of the truck after about 60,000 miles on the KYB's. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Yes, the KYB's had some miles on them, but I've never had a shock make this much difference after changing them. I haven't even replaced the front struts yet. I agree with the posts that refer to the installation about raising the truck to make the installation easier. I also raised the truck a few inches and it made the installation much easier. I HIGHLY recommend these shocks!!

I had originally installed a set of rough country shocks for 100.00 and I got exactly what I paid for. Truck was sooooo bouncy and was quite dangerous to operate at speed. Installed these and my truck runs so so smooth now. Nothing i've bought in recent memory has been more night and day than these bilsteins and rough country. I should've bought these initially but I was trying to save a buck. 100 stars

Solid shocks with great ride quality. The finish is sharp looking. Would buy again no problem.

Installed them on my 2013 f150 with 120k miles. Original ones were shot and leaking. These helped out a lot. Got rid of a lot of rear end hop and shake. Raised the rear end about .5 inch unloaded with just a bed cover and B&W hitch.Definitely suggest installing them without a jack. Took about 30 mins to put on.

Easy to install and improved the ride

Truck has 110k miles and I didn't think the shocks were bad. pulled out the OEM shocks and they were toast. no compression dampening at all...LOL! Installed the 5100's and truck handles much better on highway and gravel roads. Will be changing out the struts soon.

This is my third vehicle with 5100 Bilsteins. You will not be disappointed with the ride!
