I haven't installed it yet. But it looks like it should work just fine.
You may have to do some modifications on your rack to accommodate the hole patterns, but it's not too complicated. I took this setup on a road trip, drove in excess if 70MPH, and had zero issues.
Bolts on quick, holds tight, easy to use.
