As my batteries require changing I've started exclusively buying Odessy Performance batteries. Though I have less than a year on any of the ones I've bought they perform great. This was a direct fit into a 2018 Honda Pilot. Nothing needed to be changed. The original was an AGM and this one is good insurance. I also have two in a 2019 F250 Super Duty and they work in the cold or heat with out hesitation. This price was as good as I was going to get from the manufacturer or any other distributor. It was packaged perfectly and arrived without damage.

Love these batteries. One in my motorcycle is 12 years old! Still working great. I put these batteries in our VW TDIs, which take a lot of battery to start at -20 Deg. F. First the 4 glow plugs light, big drain. Then the very cold engine needs to turn over. These batteries do it! PPL, pure plate lead technology. The only batteries with this that I am aware of. They to last, never had a failure to date. The first crank, about 7 seconds has 3 times the CCA number. Really spins over in the cold.

Came charged but it wouldn't hurt to break it in on a long trip 30 miles or so.
