We did not purchase the used option but when it arrived it has clearly either been used or it was returned. The packaging was completely wrecked down to the product. Didn't even open it bc I could tell it was a mess. Trying again though!

Easy to install I love it

The top fits perfectly! Much quieter than I thought it was going to be. Easy to take off and on. If looking for a soft top this is a great option.

My hubby is happy with this product and quality. It is well made and fits great. He has had it on for about 1.5 months and it sits outside in all weather elements and no leaks. Love Bestop products!

I enjoy the easy open and removal.

I like the top for what it is. But somehow I missed that it's not a full convertible top. Maybe a clearer description telling that this is a front seat flip back only. Overall though it does the job. It makes a nice ""safari style"" top. Installation is not bad. The rear snaps are the hardest part of the install to get snapped for me.

The frame comes partially assembled but overall install took almost 3 hours. Instructions are confusing at times but I viewed YouTube videos along with the instructions and worked through trouble-spots pretty easily. Great top - the design is awesome and easy to use.

A lot of the parts that came could've been pre assembled! Instead you spend the first two hours putting those small parts together. Then the last two hours you are attaching them to the jeep and adding the cover. Plan some time around the set up. Loved it once it was on.
