Description

The TeraFlex JK/JKU Rzeppa High-Angle Factory Replacement CV Joint Kit replaces worn or damaged factory Rzeppa CV joint and driveshaft without resorting to an expensive aftermarket U-joint upgrade. The high-angle CV housing reduces boot failure common with 3 inch or more lift heights.

The included low-friction grease is engineered specifically for the high RPM needs of the JK/JKU Rzeppa CV joint and features high-viscosity surface bonding characteristics necessary to properly adhere the grease to all moving surfaces.

Note:

  • Proper grease packing of the joint is essential for joint longevity.
  • Grease must be packed thoroughly and liberally to the entire CV assembly.
  • Be generous and use all grease provided. Improperly packing the bearings w/out sufficient grease will result in bearing failure.

The rebuild kit was easy to install the other factor is its high angle collar for lifted Jeeps gives you peice ofind that you won't have a failure of the rubber boot it's also more affordable than buying the high dollar aftermarket driveshafts will see how long this lasts my original one was twelve years old before failure definitely recommend this product

The product itself is as advertised. This was the first one that I have replaced so I was my own worst enemy during the installation process. The original joint didn't come off easily and I ended up using heat and a gear puller to get it off. The new one required a large socket and hammer to get it installed on the shaft. Other than that, it was a pretty easy process.

The boot on my front axle wore through and was making noise in 4 wheel drive. This was easy to replace took about an hour start to finish. There is more clearance from the driveshaft them OEM. Make sure you pack the bearings with all the grease provided. Its been installed for a couple of months no issues. Went off road the other day no issues working well so far.

All returns must be accompanied by an original or copy of the receipt within 30 days. There are no refunds/credits after 30 days. Electrical items, tools, installed parts, and some special order items are non-refundable/non-returnable.

In order to return any products you must contact our customer service at 1-800-341-7757 and obtain an RGA number and write it large and clear on the box being returned. Also care must be taken by you the customer to pack the returned merchandise carefully so that it does not get damaged when sent back to us. Off Road Warehouse is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment back to us and the product will become non-returnable if it becomes damaged during the return shipment.
