I have to say, I'm really impressed by this OVS Nomadic Awning, it holds up even under the toughest weather. Me and the wife took off camping this weekend and boy was it windy, but our new awning held up just fine.
Reliable, high quality awning arrived in only a few days. Just put in on the truck and took it for a test drive, no problems here. I recommend this brand.
A really high quality product. Was simple to set up and came with everything I needed. I'm glad they included fold out legs, it makes storing it so much easier.
I've used this extensively on my jeep. It works great for rain and sun. The cover is not at all waterproof and will get moisture on the top any time it rains.
Easy to install. Easy to open and close.Game changer for us camping.Very sturdy and durable.
This awning blew me away when I first opened it up and couldn't believe how much it covers. I like the poles for the windy days but honestly if it isn't real windy you don't need them. My only complaint is putting it away its alittle tight and I wish the bag was alittle bigger. Maybe I'm doing it wrong but I would buy again. Super nice!

Works very well. Used it on 3 camping trips so far and have had no issues. Been through wind ,rain and, extreme heat.
Set up a snap takes some practice on repack.
I am amazed about the build of this product. The zipper, the cover, the poles and the fabric are high quality and have withstood the hardest conditions I have put it through. Very easy to set up and very easy to put away. I would just ask the manufacturer to add an inch or two on the cover so putting the awning away would be that much easier
All returns must be accompanied by an original or copy of the receipt within 30 days. There are no refunds/credits after 30 days. Electrical items, tools, installed parts, and some special order items are non-refundable/non-returnable.
All items returned are subject to a minimum 15% restock fee unless other arrangements were made at the time of purchase.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless item was received damaged or defective, or an error was made on our part when processing your order. Please contact us for any further questions on non-returnable items.
In order to return any products you must contact our customer service at 1-800-341-7757 and obtain an RGA number and write it large and clear on the box being returned. Also care must be taken by you the customer to pack the returned merchandise carefully so that it does not get damaged when sent back to us. Off Road Warehouse is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment back to us and the product will become non-returnable if it becomes damaged during the return shipment.
Any customer that receives damaged or defective merchandise should contact Off Road Warehouse immediately and at the latest within 30 days of the Invoice/Purchase date.

Off Road Warehouse does its best to make sure that all merchandise is free of defects and is shipped safely but accidents in shipping and transportation as well as manufacturing defects do happen. We will be happy to help you out and get you new merchandise as quickly as possible.
Order Cancelations are not guaranteed. Orders are processed once they are received, In some cases these are with third party vendors and manufactors. We will do everything in our power to stop an Order already in motion but sometimes we are unable to do so.
