    Install took 10 minutes and WOW did this wake up my 5.7 hemi. I think City lvl 2 is probably the best setting for me. Great throttle response. City lvl 4 is a blast, but I think on rainy days it might want to spin too much. I haven't even bothered trying sport yet.

    It took me 10 minutes to install, and 5 minutes of that was waiting for the truck to power down as I saw on YouTube. Unlock your truck, open the door, and get the key fob at least 30 feet away from it for five minutes. Install the PC then turn it on. This way you will not get a check engine light. It works amazing, I use city +2 and have no more lag with acceleration! It is wonderful!

    I read enough reviews and watched enough videos to give it a try. It took about 5 minutes to install and another 5 to get the Bluetooth app downloaded and working (write down the serial number off the back of the controller, you'll need it). In my case a 2023 Ram 1500 Rebel Hemi, it works great. I use city mode most of the time and the pedal lag is gone. Tried it in sport mode just to see, and it was just to quick for driving in traffic. Off the line there is no lag, and on the highway at higher speeds the truck just shifts down and goes like it should have from the factory. I'm not sure about the gas mileage aspect but mine hasn't gotten any worse.

    Installed on a 2013 ram 1500. I like they Bluetooth ability. I really didn't want to have this thing stuck on my dash somewhere, kind of particular with the inside of my truck.. anyways the Bluetooth works great. Product does just what it's made to do which is reduce throttle lag. And it does just that!The lag in the hemi is just embarrassing to be honest. This nipped that issue in the butt. I had to on city driving. I enjoy sport mode. Also sport plus mode is fun if your feeling extra froggy. I might bump it back up to sport mode. Enjoying the fuel mileage in city mode currently. If anything changes I'll update. It's been a couple weeks down an no complaints.

    Yes, it really works. I was impressed to see the difference when I touched the pedal. Recommend use eco mode on highway for long distance driving, city +1 when just driving locally, and sport/sports + when you really want a pep in your step. Do not recommend changing while driving. Change while stopped! Overall, I love it and will buy another one!

    It does exactly what it claims to do. I went with the setting of sport/3 and that gave me plenty of response. It really brought my 2019 Ram to life. I don't know about the fuel mileage but so far I haven't noticed a change. It takes a little getting used to but well worth the money.

    All returns must be accompanied by an original or copy of the receipt within 30 days. There are no refunds/credits after 30 days. Electrical items, tools, installed parts, and some special order items are non-refundable/non-returnable.

    In order to return any products you must contact our customer service at 1-800-341-7757 and obtain an RGA number and write it large and clear on the box being returned. Also care must be taken by you the customer to pack the returned merchandise carefully so that it does not get damaged when sent back to us. Off Road Warehouse is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment back to us and the product will become non-returnable if it becomes damaged during the return shipment.
